Silent auction opens for bidding on Sunday, March 1, at 9:00 a.m. 

Silent and Live Auction Event
​Friday, March 6 

• Doors open at 5:00 p.m.
• Live auction at 7:00 p.m.
• Silent auction closes at 8:00 p.m.
• After party and checkout from 8:00-9:00 p.m.

Tickets: $20 in advance | $25 at the door
Bubble Bliss Champagne Experience: $20 

Deadline to make a donation is Saturday, February 14. Deliver donations to church between Sunday, February 22, and Sunday, March 1.

Please complete the online donation form as soon as possible so we can tempt people with your offering. Donation forms due Saturday February 14.

Just a few of the many donation possibilities:

• Stay at your vacation home
• Spots at lesson(s) at your home or the church or another venue or on Zoom (church can provde link) March-June. Tell us how many spots to auction for: vegan cooking, pie baking, caramel-making, painting, history class, art class, wine tasting.
• Host an outing March-June: bird watching, skiing, sailing, behind-the-scenes tour somewhere special.
• Fun evening at your home or the church or another venue March-June. Tell us how many spots to auction for: trivia contest, movie sing-along, March Madness/Final Four watch party, baking contest, board game contest, Easter egg hunt, murder mystery dinner, spelling bee, karaoke.
• Provide a service: once-a-month treat (pie, soup, cookies, cake), dog wash or dog walking or cat sitting service, truck & driver for hauling, leaf raking & removal, gardening help, cleaning help.
• Organize a wine pull for auction night: gather donations of bottles of wine of at least $10, with at least a few higher priced wines, wrap the bottles so you can't see what they are, and sell tickets--each ticket allows you to pull one bottle of wine.
• Donate a tangible item: one-time treat the winner can take with them at the end of the auction, gift certificate to your favorite business, sports tickets or memorabilia, beautiful piece of art, special or unique piece of jewelry or pottery, basket of your favorite themed items (sports, food, travel, gardening, etc.) -- go in with a couple other families to create a basket together!
