Back to Young Adult Ministries

All younger adults--even newcomers--are welcome to attend UYAG events. The "young adults" that attend Unity events are usually in their 20s and 30s. There is no formal membership in UYAG (although our Yahoo! Group is highly encouraged...see right).

Regular UYAG Events

• UYAG events for young adults are held on Sunday evenings following the 4:30 p.m. worship service and Soup Supper twice a month.
• On the second Sunday of the month we plan a social activity (like watching a film, going on a "field trip", playing board games, playing sports, etc.).
• On the fourth Sunday of the month we have a covenant group meeting in which we have a guided conversation with spiritual depth led by trained young adult facilitators.
• Young adult events are held in the Center Room at Unity Church unless otherwise noted.

Special Events

• Community- or church-sponsored social justice projects.
• Interfaith events with young adults across the Twin Cities.
• Inter-church events with young adults from other area UU churches.
• Steering Committee meetings to discuss and plan upcoming young adult events.

Have kids?

Complimentary child care is available for church events when at least one week notice is given to Joseph at joseph@unityunitarian.org!
