The Summit University Living at Home/ Block Nurse Program (SULAH) is a community based effort.  Our goal is to improve the quality of life of our seniors, and help them live in their own homes as long as possible.  SULAH assists with the coordination of home health and nursing services, homemakers, community services, and activities, to help seniors live safely, securely, and independently. Through a collaborative approach, neighborhood volunteers, community service providers, paraprofessionals and professionals knit together a reliable support system that is both formal and informal, but most important, accessible.
