For over 40 years, the Malawi Project has provided humanitarian assistance in the form of medical supplies and equipment, clothing, food, books and cash donations to the Kasambala Medical Center, its satellite medical centers and to the local school and library in Nchenachena, Malawi. Doctor Trywell Nyirongo, clinic founder and friend of Unity Church, serves 50,000 in this area of Africa. This project seeks to ship containers filled with donated medical equipment, food, books and other supplies to support school and library needs in the community of Nchenachena.
Volunteer opportunities include making phone calls, writing articles, designing and maintaining a Malawi Project page on Unity Church’s website, loading of containers, finding new sources of donated medical supplies and participating in fundraising activities to support the clinic, school and library.
