What are covenant groups?
Covenant groups are small relational groups made up of 6-12 people who:
- meet at least monthly to establish and nurture themselves in their own beloved community
- covenant with one another to abide by their own rules for group interaction; to generate new groups by growing and dividing; and to serve the congregation and the larger world with at least one service project each year
- engage in deep conversation with one another, including significant theological discussion
- actively practice hospitality and welcoming by embracing new participants from time to time
- weave a strong fabric of community by sharing their time, their trust and themselves with one another
- are assisted by a facilitator trained to help guide their conversations
If you are interested in joining a Covenant Group, fill out a Registration Form and you will be contacted. Forms are also available at the Church Office.
